The Counter-Insurgency Training Centre will be a unique training area in the Bihar Police Academy. A variety of improvised explosive devices models will be exhibited to familiarize the trainees as well as in-service personnel. Anti-sabotage measures will also be a taught at the centre. The methodologies to handle the IEDs, Methodologies to Diffuse IEDs in a safe manner and a firearm glass fracture to identify the first and second firing will also be demonstrated in the IED model room.
