The Bihar Police Academy is a state-of-the-art institution for police training in Bihar. It aims to transform the probationers into sensitized police officers to make an empowered society. The vibrancy of the institution is maintained by the interaction of probationers coming from different backgrounds and beliefs. The participation of women probationers on this campus has become a common sight which will go a long way in bringing about gender equality.
